Full Job Description

The job duties of a Roofing Sales Representative involve working to offer roofing solutions & services following our Company Core Values: Accountability, Safety, Professionalism, Integrity, Respect and Efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with residential owners to provide roofing solutions.
  • Assessing storm related damages from wind and hail to determine if a roof requires repairs or replacement
  • Seeking out and engaging with potential clients
  • Presenting, promoting, and selling roofing products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients
  • Performing cost-benefit and needs analyses of existing and potential clients to meet their specific needs
  • Ensuring clients remain satisfied and loyal by demonstrating trustworthy knowledge of the roofing and construction industry
  • Work on to meet and exceed Quarterly, Year to Date and Financial year goals
  • Represent the Company in a professional manner with team members and customers.

We are looking for an ambitious, driven individual with a yearning to always improve themselves. At least 2 years of Sales experience in the Roofing or Construction industry is desirable.

Compensation Plan:

  • A salary of $55k is offered based on performance of $1mil. in annual sales. Salary can go to $100k based on performance (i.e. $2mil. in annual sales)
